Probably the blackest existing paint
Its probably the blackest paint in world. I measured its color with color spectrometer and compared it to other paints for my youtube channel and this one was a winner. Just search for the Search for the Blackest Black to find my review. The paint is super matt and has not specular at all. Apparently its not water proof. The bottle is quite small so doesnt give much coverage. To be fully efficient requires 2 layers, the 2nd applied after at least 2 days after the first one.The only blacker substance I found was Musou Black fabric. Never seen anything blackier.

It's black
I used this for a miniature diorama and it turned out great. It isn't quite the void that some of the pictures make it out to be but it is much blacker than any other equivalent paint I've ever seen. I'd recommend airbrushing it where possible as I found it a little tricky to work with with a brush but the result was still just fine. It's easy to leave brush marks if you aren't careful so multiple thin coats and never touch the same area twice is a good rule for working with this stuff.I was worried about the smell that some people reported so made sure to have some good ventilation (an open window) but I didn't notice anything while working with it over about an hour.

Indeed the blackest black
My nephew had a project to do for school and asked me to buy for him the blackest paint that I could find. And I did - This is the blackest!

Buyer beware - ruined my work!
I've used black 3.0 for years and fell for the musou hype, when they say it can crack and peel they aren't joking! I spent months on a painting only to add the final touches with musou. Within a few days it was falling off! It wasn't even as black as 3.0 (half the price) and it smells horrible and toxic! Awful.

Black 3.0
I've seen Culture Hustle's Black 3.0 and it is extraordinarily black. I was therefore intrigued by some of the reviews here which seemed to show it looking distinctly grey against the Musou so I thought I'd do a comparison myself. The photo shows Black 3.0 on one side and Musou Black on another (the order is random on each row). The first row is after a single coat, the 2nd row after two, you guessed it, the 3rd row shows three coats. You tell me which you think is the blackest (I personally can't tell, except after just one coat but both manufacturers recommend multiple thin coats). Then consider that Musou themselves say "Due to the properties of the powdery light-absorbing layer, the durability of the top coating is very low, so fading and peeling of the coating will occur even with light contact. The painted object may shrink and crack" and finally consider that Musou is much more expensive than Black 3.0, I think that I'm being generous with my 3 stars.
