Dried Up Immediately
I have purchased/used this specific brand and type of eyeliner 2 times before and loved it. This order I have had 2 weeks, used like 4 times, and it is all dried up already! The others I had literally lasted for 2 months. Either this is an old stock product or they changed the formula or something. I am not a happy girl.
