Great Product to have
Though I am very new to this product, I wont be able to tell whether my neck pain is curable with this or not. But I have used it a couple of time as I have very recently purchased the product overall the quality is too good. I would rather like to say a few word about the product for future innovations- it would be more convinient if it would have come with charging option.

EXCELLENT ITEM
The cost is reasonable as compared to sturdy and durable item on look wise .As I have used for one day only but it seems a very necessery item for the old persons requiring relief from muscle pain .No side effects and I am fully satisfied with the quality and uses of this item .I think its life depends on our way of caring the product and the cost is not too much which a general person cant afford .The only suggestion is it should run on battery cells as well as moblile usb also to decrease the running cost .

Unreliable and inconsistent performance
Do NOT buy it’s opposite to its name. It is short lived and stopped working after 10 days and there is no way I can return this product or ask for a refund. The company makes poor quality products which are unreliable. Shame on you to name product as lifelong. Do NOT buy it’s opposite to its name. Good
Its a good product...but as I've been using it basically just vibrates and it's a little difficult to slide it directly on ur skin...its okay when u have ur clothes on. And it would have been great if this was a switch system like on and off but in this u have to keep holding it till u need the massager on and thats a little tiering.

Easy to use and very effective tool to relieve body pain. A GENTLE MASSAGE meeting the requirement. Very happy with the product, a cost effective and useful product. Recommend it to every one. The product cost just one sitting with the regular physiotherapy centre cost. Worth buying it.
