My package arrived well packed and well sealed. The split chickpeas were in great condition - not broken. I've cooked twice with them and they cook up nicely. Very flavorful and not super dried out (old). Will purchase again.

I've been using these for several years. Good quality.

These are basically split mini chickpeas without skins. I soak them for an hour or so and cook in the Instant Pot for 12 minutes and make the creamiest, most delicious hummus without having to remove skin from regular chickpeas.

These lentils are clean and taste great. I use them frequently in my Indian food recipes, and they are delicious.

I love the texture of red lentils over regular ones. It gives me the texture almost of ground meat (which I don’t eat anymore) . I mix with wild rice, yogurt, nutritional yeast and Cajun and boom! Addicting dish!
