Extension not long enough for granite
The extension that goes through the counter top was not long enough to get through a granite counter top so when we tried to take it back off, it got damaged and we could not return it. We tried to add an extender but it wouldn’t work. Once installed, it’s impossible to remove without damaging

Only had it for 4 months and not it’s getting stuck/hard to use
We installed this around the end of January we were expecting our daughter who was born then. We use this thing REGULARLY. You’d think since it gets used multiple times a day it’d work great? No. It’s only 4 months old, and it gets stuck spraying when we push down on it so if your not careful you'll get sprayed in the face/eyes/chest etc. it’s really hard to push down now, have to use 2 hands to push it down. I really loved this thing in the beginning but for the cost, you’d think it would hold up better. Now I’m more annoyed than anything.

Within days of first use the body of the unit started to tarnish/discolor.

A kitchen must have
Super easy to install a predrilled hole in the counter. It fits in a standard precut hole in most sinks. It sprays water straight up and on the glass sidewalls for a good cleaning. Great for coffee cups, measuring cups, baby bottles, rinsing cans before recycling... so many uses than just drinking glasses.
