Great Headset
I love this headset. I can go from Zoom and Teams calls to answering my calls. I can hear audio in just the headset without disturbing others. It's a game changer.

Works flawlessly with my iPhone and my VoIP software
I have a home office for my business. I had a Sennheiser Bluetooth headset, but I junked it because calls would periodically deteriorate with static until I was disconnected. The Jabra Evolve 65 works flawlessly. It sits on the ear with a soft pad so it is extremely comfortable for long calls. It came with a USB receiver I plugged into my Lenovo Thinkpad port replicator. Consequently, the headset works well with Microsoft Teams and Zoom. I recommend buying the Jabra Evolve 65 charging stand, it will support your headset and keep it charged. Only downside is the non-user-removable battery; eventually the headset will probably have to be replaced, but I have no doubt it will last several years. In sum, it was well worth the investment. I also have the Jabra in-ear bluetooth headset which I use in the field. It also works very well. I have a healthy respect now for Jabra quality and design.

I’m stuck with this 😫
UPDATE: As soon as I submitted the review, my dang headset broke AGAIN at the exact same spot as the first one. DON’T BUY THIS! I’m so upset I spent this money on terrible manufacturing and now I'm stuck with it. I had to duct tape the ear peace in place.Old review: I wanted to leave a review because I felt like the only reason I purchased this headset was because of all the great reviews. I work from home and originally got mine about a year ago. The headset snapped within the first month of use, and I had to get a warranty replacement. First of all, it’s really hard to adjust the headband to your head - I don’t have a big head so even adjusting the length, there are huge gaps at the side of my head. The headphone also tends to slide off your head if you bend over to pick up something and headset falls right off. Now I’m dealing with a glitchy issue where the hands free sound goes off for a whole minute, as if I’ve unplugged the charge cord. Nothing but problems with this, but I’m stuck with it because lord knows I can’t throw down hundreds of dollars on these things.

It's a little loose
It works great but it's loose on my head. It moves around and falls off too easy.

Pivot point between headband and ear-speaker broke...not repairable.
The plastic component holding the ear-speaker and microphone to the headband is small and fragile. I have used these for 2 years and it has broken. ALL other elements still work great. For a $0.01 component my $150 investment is junk.

Best Headset Everrrr
I’ve been struggling to find a headset that I can use for work without having to change a bunch of settings. I just plug the usb into my work computer and it automatically works with my Microsoft Teams and and audio that I need. I Bluetoothed it to my phone and I can listen to my YouTube. Whenever a call comes in for work, it supersedes my YouTube and I can answer the call with no problems and no adjustments needed. Basically what I am saying is that I can connect to 2 devices at the same time and the connection is so easy to switch between devices

Long battery life
I chose this model over the more expensive 75 because I like to be able to hear myself speak and with two ears covered I find it awkward. This headset works very well with MS Teams, and I have superb audio quality. It does not take long to charge - I didn't get a charging stand for it; I just plug into the USB port on my docking station for a few minutes at night. The charge lasts all day - call after call. I don't even turn it off anymore; it goes into a standby mode when not in use. I can get to the kitchen before the signal breaks up. Also very helpful that you can mute and unmute on the fly by holding down the down volume button on the earpiece. Overall a great buy for wireless headset.

Very pleased with the quality and comfort!
I bought this thanks to COVID-19 and all the happiness that it brought with it (sarcasm). I am cheap and didn’t know if I was going to be working from home for long (now through the end of the year - what the...?). I splurged and man am I god I did. This headset works perfectly, the battery lasts all day, and I have plenty of freedom to get up and walk around my home office. It’s totally plug and play with the usb dongle. I am extremely pleased with this headset. I just wish that it came with the charging stand - you’ll absolutely want to get that.
