I use to use this in the powder form and just like the other reviews the taste was aweful boy was I glad the capsule form came outm Love it this is the only sulfer that works for me I have bought other MSM formula does nothing for me ...with in 4 capsules my npain is gone and the swelling in my feet and kneees GONE I feel like a new person and sleep much better tooooo.
