Brutally hard
Brutally hard on the heel, however the sticky back holds it in place, but no good if you want to put in another shoe, I would advise buying each one for each shoe

Note, only one heel lift in pack. Too wide for a standard trainer. You can get 2 for the same price elsewhere. Won't accept refunds so swallow your mistake in purchasing and being over £5 out of pocket.
