I have to be careful with eye make up because of wearing contact lenses, but this works really well. It goes on easily, doesn't smudge and doesn't get in my eyes. I'm happy, and so are my contact lenses :) Even better that it doesn't have paragons etc in it. Great product.

As an eyeliner

Ok, first let me say there is NO understatement as far as it being WATERPROOF. It is def. 100% waterproof and stays put. First eyeliner out of many, MANY expensive and VERY expensive, eyeliners I've purchased that say waterproof and run off my face within 15 mins to 2 hours of applying. This is the first eyeliner worth EVERY penny and doesn't make me look like Alice Cooper after awhile! NO OFFENSE Alice you rock! Anyway, The only issue I have with this is it is very difficult to apply. I've tried different brushes and even followed the Youtube video the owner posted. She makes it look so easy and it's not! She needs to provide a brush for this or recommend one anyway. This is the first EYELINER I've purchased that didn't come with a proper brush or applicator. I had no idea about this as I just assumed it would have it. Anyway, that being said it ends up being very clumpy and I never seem to be able to apply enough on my brush or I apply too much and get it in my eye or smudging it all over. Please consider developing a proper applicator and you'd have a 5 star amazing product. I've tried a few eyeliner brushes but still get too much or not enough on the brush resulting in poor application or in my eyes.

I was looking at information for eyeliner best for older women (I am 50) who have older droopy eye skin. I find that when I put on eyeliners, the pen, brush, eyeliner "skips" over the wrinkles, making it look jagged, etc. I came upon this product in a basic search, and upon reading further, this product has claims that it is great for my skin type and issues. I read many reviews and was very hopeful. I also read that this color "Black Orchid" was beautiful. It arrived on time, I opened it and based on tips on how to apply it properly, I followed the instructions. (I had also bought multiple types of eyeliner brushes to make sure I had the right applicator) I found it difficult to apply, it did not seem to go on as suggested. It was sticky on the brush tip, it smudged as soon as I put it on, not very thick in color as I had to keep adding more to cover up the transparent spots it left, then it was too much on other areas. I truly followed to the best of my ability, all the suggestions and still, it never seemed to go on as they claimed. It never lasted the day. I tried day after day. By the end of each day, it was stamping color onto the upper portion of my eyelid below my eyebrow as many others have in the past. I was expecting a smudge free product as promised and it did not deliver. I do have to say I give this color a solid "4", it is gorgeous! The product is not better than others I had tried.
