Duncan Hines Signature Pineapple Supreme Cake Mix (4 Pack)

I love this cake! I substitute the water for pineapple juice. Yummy! For the topping l, I arrange pineapple slices with cherries in each pineapple center. I also use raisins and prunes. I also put one tablespoon of mayonnaise in the batter for moistness. You don’t even taste the mayo. Don’t forget to butter your baking pan and add brown sugar on the bottom of pan before you add the fruits, delicious!

Duncan Hines has a recipe for pineapple upside down cake that uses this mix. It's easy, delicious, and looks gorgeous! They recommend baking it in a cast iron pan; I have my grandmother's cast iron skillet from the 1930s and it produces a perfect cake! I've bought this mix quite a bit cheaper at a Big Box store, but suddenly couldn't find it.

Thi is my second buy. Every single time I do this cake my family ask me to send them via mail 😂. I made once to my father who lived in Florida the cake for Father’s Day however my uncles went to visit the same way he received the package 📦 and the rest is history 😂 they eat the cake and as for me to send them too cake via mail 🤦🏻‍♀️😊 will try but instead I told my mother to buy the boxes in the supermarket in FL so I do not have to spend so much at the carrier. The flavor and the texture of this cake is awesome 👏🏻 😋😋😋

I can't make as good a pineapple cake from scratch, but I do "doctor" it to add complexity. It's great with marmalade filling.

I wanted pineapple upside down cake and bought this product. I enjoyed it very much. I will be adding pineapple chunks to it next time. It does have the smell of pineapple.

I like this cake mix for Pineapple Bread and Pineapple Upside Down Cake, etc., and the stores here in FL don't seem to carry it. I was surprised - no SHOCKED would be more like it - when I found it on Amazon. Try it - you'll like it also!

Two out of the four boxes were damaged and I cannot use

This is a great cake mix and hard to find. I love it to make pineapple upside down cakes as it ands additional flavor.
