It doesn’t have a taste as it goes down which is good. My daughter is thrilled I’m using it.

My husband came across this supplement andThought that it would be a good idea for us to start take supples due to us getting older, joints start to hurt, mood start to decrease and we came across this supplement that had good ingredients that would increase it and sure enough after adding this supplement to our daily route. We do see a change for the better in our mood and more alert. I also have thyroid issues and after taking this supplement also just helped me feel overall better. No weight loss, but increases your energy to start feeling to do things like working out. Overall I do recommend taking this supplement.

Did not notice any difference while taking this product.Usually gauze effectiveness of supplements when I stop taking them (if I feel differently after stopping).

I like the effectiveness of the turmeric and seamoss however I had a reaction to the ashwaganda and can’t find another bottle without that one ingredient. Come to find out ashwaganda is a pain reliever but also has a common side effect that makes it hard to breathe as well as dries your mouth more than cotton mouth..
