I went to the package and there are 6 Lag Bolts with anchor sleeves, and a Level.

Q: Why aren’t the bolts black like I’m the picture? Return

Ive gotten in the past Anchor Bolts both in Black and unpainted. If you want them in Black the best thing and quickest is to get a can of Krylon paint spray in Black.
