This tape is strong and super sticky. It was recommended to me to use as mouth tape at night as an inexpensive option, and I made the mistake of not folding down the corners the first time for easy removal the next morning. I learned my lesson! Very effective to prevent mouth breathing.

This product is worth every cent! It stays in place. You don't need scissors to rip it. And most importantly...IT DOES NOT ITCH!!

This is an excellent tape to use especially if you're sensitive to latex. I used it to wrap around gauze. It is flexible and strong. So, it's comfortable and breathable, too. I also like the 2" width because I use less tape as it covers more area.

Pro: I purchased this in a two inch width because I needed to cover a large area on my chest, cheek, and forehead that varied in size from 1/4 inch to 5 inches. Allergic to most latex type adhesive that caused redness and blistering, I went with paper tape. This one is supposed to last 24 hours, is listed as Medium strength, and comes in a standard bubble type package with a cardboard backing. I found it to be easy to peel off the tape and attach it to the Amazon Basic gauze bandage sponges (also left a positive review for those interested). It was easy to cut a thinner slice for the smaller wound next to my hairline and I even used a strip to hold the 2" roll inside the same container it came in. It's comfortable and a good value for me. I haven't tried to remove the dressings yet, but I will update this tomorrow after I change it again if there's a problem. I don't know what type of adhesive is on this tape yet, but if I have a bad reaction, I'll alert and change the rating. So far, so good! Updated on 7-22-25: Cons: Well, it worked great on my face and stayed on securely even when I slept on that side. Unfortunately, the wound covering on my chest became twisted and somehow came off on one half which woke me up in pain a few hours later. After I applied more ointment and replaced the bandage, it felt much better but there was some adhesive left on top of my skin and the scab that had started to form was now ripped off in several places. I may have pulled the gauze off in my sleep as it has reached the itching stage of healing. I dropped this from 5 stars to 4 stars because I expected it to hold overnight. Again, it held just fine on the 5 smaller wounds on my face, so I will continue to use it as it is still better than the plastic or fabric adhesive types. My chest area skin was red, but this time when I changed it I used fewer strips of the paper tape. That allowed me to sleep the rest of the night more comfortably. I'll update this again after I've fully healed if my rating changes. Hope that helps folks decide if this product is worth trying.

Good for all sorts of things but mainly Inused after surgery to keep the scar flat & eventually very faint over time! Start putting it on potential issues as soon as possible when stitches out fur sure but even before out if it won’t disturb your sutures ir closure thingees. Put a bit of water on your finger tips or with cloth so skin is slightly damp — don’t dried the tape!!! Apply tape yearly by pressing lightly on skin over scar. If too wet allow to dry or if too dry then apply little water on top of the tape then let dry. If you get the right ratio of tape & wet-dry it’ll stay on several days. You can add a bit more water if edges lift. Keep doing forces long as you need to but if the scar is still setting it may creep up so just do more again. Skip the other new gangled tapes -/this the best & csn buying vsriousxwidths as needed just make certain the tape is wider with a margin all around the scar. I’ve used this stuff for years and dobt get the no name or any old stock!!

More comfortable than “silk” style tape. After one day still securely supports my drain tube.

This is great tape for anyone looking for a non-latex tape for wound care. I only gave a 3 stars for easy to remove because any tape that’s good is not going to be easily removed and that what you need for a wound bandage. I have been a nurse for 35 years, I’ve been through some wound care tape! This kind and brand is great. Delivery was great. The package arrived I damaged. However my review is not for this particular roll of tape. As you can see, the roll is missing. So sad these days. They literally will steal anything. : /

Great tape after hip replacement surgery. Doesn't leave adhesive behind, pretty easy to remove. The CVS paper tape I had been using ripped my skin off and left abrasions behind. Painful and hurt like "you know what" when taking a shower.

This is perfect for frequent change of wound dressing when you want the tape to come off easily without leaving marks.

I can't believe I wasted so much time and sleep over inferior micropore tape products before discovering nexacare tape. Seals my mouth shut all night every night. I had used other tape with medium success due to falling off 33% of time or not sticking unless very specific angling techniques. Nexacare on the other hand has no time for such foolish behaviour and will not budge while providing an almost vacuum like seal.
