ONCE FOR ALL Safe Mandoline Slicer 5 in 1 Vegetable Chopper

I refuse to buy « pre » minced meat even at the butchery because I want not fat at all, just lean meat. It works perfectly, the meat is nicely cut, not grounded. Easy to use, easy to clean, just be careful, it cuts very well ! I highly recommend.

I recently purchased the ONCE FOR ALL Mandoline Vegetable Slicer and it has quickly become one of my favorite kitchen tools. Does a good job of chopping, but because of the multiple settings (which is a good thing), getting exactly the right setting for your chosen veg is quite tricky and you end up chomping through a few pieces to start with trying to get the right cut. It can all go in the dishwasher, although I have found food gets stuck in places that are pretty inaccessible and difficult to clean. I use this for making chips for the air fryer, but don't bother getting it out for most quick dishes as it's quicker to use a knife! Nice that the unit folds up, but there are lots of parts that need to be kept together in your cupboard, so maybe easy to mislay an important bit? Maybe that's just me!

This was really easy to put together, easy to use and did exactly what I wanted it to do! It was also easy to clean! I haven’t tried all of the variations yet but I’m impressed with what I’ve used so far

Very good at what it does very good price, you could pay mutch more for something that does the same thing but as it is only used once or twice a month then packed away this is good at what it does with know cut fingers

Fast shipping...as soon as I took the slicer out of the box I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. this is a well constructed, solid kitchen slicer/dicer. easy to assemble and once it is in position it feels very secure, helped by the "suckers" that grip your worktop, stopping any slipping or sliding around. after trying a few different cutting positions, I quickly became familiar with the slicing capabilities of this device. I found it easy to use, even though the instructions could be a Lot Better...just read through them, then use it, you will find it is pretty intuitive once you start slicing. So far...I have cut Carrots, Potato, Swede and Lemon...all with Great Success...with the skin still on, I was very surprised at how thin I could cut the lemon...Incredible...! to sum up, I would say this slicer is the best thing since sliced bread...! I'm Very pleased I bought it. this is not the cheapest in the market place, but remember, "you only get what you pay for"... if you are looking for a Great Slicer that does the job, I don't think you will get better one than this one...Highly Recommended...osie

Only 4 stars as this struggles on the smallest setting with some veg like cucumber. The dicing function is a bit fiddly and doesn’t really dice any quicker than if doing it by hand, and as with all mandolins, it’s a bit of a chore to clean. That being said it’s so sturdy and I have found it much MUCH easier and safer to use than my old work top one! i was initially skeptical as some reviews mentioned the plastic sharding off, this has not happened! I think they are trying to market this as an all in one device which it isn’t, but as a mandolin it is truly excellent. The dicing function would be great For someone with mobility issues perhaps as it doesn’t make dicing veg any less time consuming. I’m really happy I bought this and would recommend

Husband loves it. He is 6’2” and he has nice big shoulders. He can make uniform cut beautiful french fries and has zero problems shredding cabbage. The mandolin slicer is easy to use, has oodles of cool features, and is durable, sharp and doesn’t slide around. However, I am 5’7” and this is more of a workout for me. At he kitchen counter, I can do it, but my arm tires easily and my hand gets I cont because of the height issue. If I put this on the dining room table- it’s easier for me. The floor is perfect. I could slice away and I’m not worn and sore when I’m done making coleslaw. The mandolin makes it hard to injure ourselves. The mandolin is easy to disassemble for cleaning purposes. It’s not real heavy either because the majority of it is plastic. Like all lightweight items. Plastic. This is only the third mandolin I have used and it is also the best. My Moms has a closed mandolin so all the sliced material stays in one spot. It doesn’t spill and fly onto the countertop. Both of the other mandolins make it easy to slice fingers or hand parts. I recommend this mandolin as the best and safest to use with multiple options.

Honnêtement c’est une petite révolution dans ma cuisine. Je suis végétarienne et dans la préparation des repas, la découpe des légumes représente un temps assez conséquent. Avec cette petite merveille, les oignons, concombres, carottes, poivrons, courgettes, poireaux etc sont parfaitement tranchés en quelques secondes et vous ne pouvez pas vous blesser. Je n’en reviens pas ! L’appareil se démonte très facilement pour le nettoyage, honnêtement je ne m’attendais pas à ce que ce soit aussi parfait. J’ai choisi le grand modèle, vous pouvez charger une bonne quantité de légumes ou fruits dans le tunnel de découpe, de larges morceaux voire des légumes ou fruits entiers ce qui est un gain de temps considérable. Bref je l’adore, j’ai hâte d’essayer de faire de frites avec. Pour les patates douces il est recommandé de les faire précuire légèrement afin qu’elles ne soient pas trop dures.

Je cherchais une mandoline pour faire de fines tranches. Finalement avec cette mandoline, je peux trancher, régler l'épaisseur de la tranche..mais aussi faire des juliennes de légumes et des petits dés (pratique pour des petites pommes de terre rissolées par exemple). Avec la fonction bâtonnets vous pouvez faire des frites, elles sont petites mais c'est rapide. J'ai pu aussi couper des tranches de saucisson sec vite fait. Appareil super d'autant plus qu'il ne nécessite pas d'électricité et n'est pas dangereux pour les doigts :)
