Great set and reasonably priced over buying each item on its own. The peanut is great for working on the muscles on either side of the spine. This set is all you need to work out all those kinks and knots that impair your athletic performance. The spiky ball is softer than the others (thankfully) so it is not like lying on a mace.

If you have back pain, or muscle tightness anywhere, do not hesitate. Worth every penny. Super firm and actually works as a deep tissue massage.
