I am not really big on thinking one product cures all ailments, but dermacalm is as close as you can get. This stuff is magic. My kid has juvenile plantar dermatosis, which is a random skin peeling condition he’ll experience until he grows out of it. This is the ONLY thing that alleviates the peeling. No prescription comes close. The dermatologist I saw said this was a good choice, and the urea in the lotion can help. Although we tried a prescription this lotion has been the best. I’ve also found this works on other minor rashes, like next to your nose and around your mouth. This stuff is a must have.

I don’t normally review but i’m about to re-order for the third time so I figure why not. I have dry skin but particularly on my face due to medication I take, usual skin changes as I approach my 30s, damage skin barrier, and a really dry work environment. THIS STUFF IS AMAZING. It’s thick but not greasy. Most hydrating products I’ve tried from drugstore to Sephora that’s suppose to help with dryness usually resulted in either making my makeup pill or making my makeup patchy. I put this stuff on and within minutes, it’s absorbed and I can put my makeup on. No pilling or patchiness. I’m pretty heavy handed with it and still it drys so quickly. I was starting to worry that my skin just wouldn’t absorb products due to a damaged skin barrier but no problems with this stuff. Also I have sensitive skin and can’t wear any cream that’s scented, and I have never had any issues with this stuff. No stinging, burning, redness, tightness, clogged pores. I’m so happy I found this product. I wasted a lot of money on my way to finally finding this moisturizer

I have to admit this is my first review that I ever written, but I was so amazed by this product that I had to share my experience. My dermatologist recommended an urea cream for my severely dry and eczema-prone skin. He warned me that the urea might cause a mild burning sensation when applied on irritated skin but it is just the urea going through the affected skin layers. When I got the product and saw the texture of a lotion rather than a cream I didn't expect to be as good as it is. I have been using this for a week now and it is already working. It cleared my terrible eczema on my hands and face and not only relieved the itching, but it relieved even the raw skin due to excessive scratching. I had tried every possible cream and ointment that was available with little or no effect ...until NOW!! This product is finally making a difference and my extremely dry, scaly skin is actually healing. It produces a mild stinging sensation when applied to broken skin but don't worry, it works! Also I like the fact that lotion is odourless and absorbs quickly and doesn't feel greasy after application. I can't say enough how pleased I am that I tried this product. I have (had!) dermatitis exacerbated by farm chores in cold, wet weather and frequent hand washing. My hands were so scaly that they’d snag on my clothing, crack, and bleed. I’ve tried everything, including prescription lotions, but this is the only thing that has ever really worked. Ever. My hands were instantly smoother and within two days, the rough patches on my knuckles were gone and no more cracking. I would give this stuff way more stars if I could and I will be making sure I never run out.
