Extremely Poor Quality – Full of Dents on Arrival
I received this product today. The outer package was properly packed, and the fryer itself was securely packed inside, so there is no possibility that the damage happened during shipping. However, as soon as I opened the box, I found that the fryer had multiple dents and poor finishing at several places. This clearly indicates that the product was manufactured or dispatched in damaged condition. The quality of the material is extremely poor and far below expectations. I am very disappointed with this purchase. This is the worst oil fryer I have ever come across. I would not recommend this product to anyone. It feels like a complete waste of money. The seller should improve quality control instead of shipping defective products to customers.

Good product but the material quality is poor
The metal is sharp around the corner and all I even cut myself handing this ! Very low thin grade quality easily bends! Package from the seller was very bag no foam or proper packaging! The product I got has dents and some damages but nothing significant so I’ve kept it !

Faulty product and poor co-ordination by Amazon
Took forever to hear up. Initiated return but hasn't yet come and no updates regarding return delivery. They call for delivery at unexpected times they come when we are not at home and put the delivery on hold. Amazon doesn't follow instructions and their delivery partners donot follow instructions at all.
