Impressive results
Wouldn’t use any other brand for bread making. Gives consistently good results. Use the Manitoba for bread and 00 for pizza and pasta. Can’t go wrong.

Expensive BUT amazing
A bit overpriced in my opinion - but this flour as the name 'oro' suggests ('gold' in Italian) it really is amazing quality. Made from 100% Canadian grain, the incredibly high protein levels make it super strong - ideal for breads, also try making pizza and focaccia with it - wow!
