What would you guys recommend? Paste wax or liquid?

Liquid is good. But paste is always best if you have the time. Liquid is faster for quick shine especially before a car show like I use. But paste last longer and better shine.

Question 2

Is any special surface prep other than washing required..like removing wax or clay bar?

For the best results this is what I would do
1. Wash The vehicle with car shampoo and an ounce or two of dawn dishwashing liquid.
This will help not only remove the dirt but also grease or wax that’s already on the vehicle
2. Use a clay bar or a Clay met with lubrication to remove impurities and roughness that will still be on the vehicle after washing.
3. Next use a compound or polish to remove  surface scratches if needed.
By machine  polisher would be best,  but you can also do it by hand.
4. Then apply the turtle wax hybrid solutions wax. 
After your next wash apply Turtle wax spray flex wax or ceramic spray for a topper to give you long lasting results

Question 3

Why such a long delivery time as compared to the higher price and added postage that I see today when I started to order another one?

The way they explained it at Turtle Wax. Is because this is the 75th anniversary special packaging. So there is small amount being produced. It's not in any automotive stores yet that I've checked. Only thru online order. I ordered mine over a  3weeks ago. It supposed to be here by April 6 . Turtle wax is gonna release it in stores by different packaging I presume but not sure when. Probably by summer. It is a little pricey but people that used it said it's best they ever used for hand car wax with ceramic.

Question 4

Hello, I just bought this Wax and it has a DOM (Date of Manufacture of 05/10/21. I emailed Turtle Wax. Does anyone know how long this is good for?

If the container wasn't open I don't think the DOM would be an issue.  This is one of the best waxes I've used. It leaves a very nice smooth finish and shine.
