bad hair cut
considering the hair is the main feature, its been cut really badly and is a mess. all the layers are different lengths on each side of the head and there's random long bits that needed cutting off. my daughter is happy with the doll at least

Hair is all matted and stuck together. Can’t get a comb through it. Horrible to touch. A real disappointment.
