Is this solid enough for an air pump to 120psi?

I have some reservations that this tube could handle 120# psi.

Could this be used as exhaust tubing for a portable generator? (Assuming I get the right diameter/length)

not sure what fluid you try to pass the tube. I use it for a coffeemaker, it can withstand boiling water. I still have more than 2 feet left and can share with you.

Can you make writing pen cartridges with these?

The silicon tubing is too flexible in it's current form to be used as a pen cartridge. I don't see any advantage to use it because of the lack the rigidity. Unless there is a chemical or financial advantage why consider the exchange?
