I bought these to attempt to keep three folding tumble mats together in my daughter's gymnastics corner. The price was great, and they are nice strong strips. They look high quality. The velco and the adhesive are very strong! It was easy to place, harder to remove. The adhesive is very tacky and I admit some angry sounds happened trying to pry and then clean off after removal. Her gym mats did not stay together long but the velcro did haha. I found the dirt from just carpet and whatnot along with a vinyl pad...it just wasn't working. I think had I sewn in the strips...it would have been amazing. I did use the velco for my art studio to mount some gear on the back of my drafting table and it was awesome adherence. It just didn't work for the mats. It works on multiple surfaces to different degrees.

The only reason I gave the Heavy Duty Strips 4 stars instead of 5 is that it is really difficult to release the tape from the sticky sides, as there are no little starter tabs to grab. It is also hard to release the Hook from the Loop piece but I can't complain about it, as that is the purpose of having it stay attached to each other.

This requires a little backstory to understand just how amazing this product is. My bed is a weird size. A Queen mattress is a little too small, but a king doesn’t fit. This means that over time, the mattress moves, which is extremely annoying. One day I decided to buy these and see if they would hold the mattress in place. It did. The mattress I had was one of those purple mattresses, and it had a fabric cover on it. If you don’t know anything about the purple mattress, understand that it is insanely heavy and very floppy. Very hard to move. I lifted up the sides of the mattress and attached one side of this product to the wood of the bed frame. With the other sticky side facing the mattress I laid the mattress on top of it. I honestly didn’t expect it to hold, even though I used the entire pack. Boy did it hold. I did all of this in April, it is now August. We got a new mattress. Which meant we had to remove the old one. These suckers held together super well. Almost too well. Lifting the mattress up to separate the Velcro pieces was a challenge. They did not want to separate. Could have been because the mattress was so heavy, and hard to lift. When we finally did get it lifted enough most of them were easy to peak off. One or two gave us a little trouble, but again it could have been the weight of the mattress coming down on our arms as we tried to get the pieces off. I would recommend this to everyone I know. It worked better than I could have ever expected.

Kept our cushions from sliding off but after 2 years the Velcro became unusable. Also extremely hard to remove. Thankfully did not rip my couch cushions but left residue. Good price but be mindful that they may not last beyond 2 years.

Yes this stuff is so sticky. I will buy again when needed. You wont be dissapointed! Good product fare price.

I really like this product. It works really well in my RV Motorhome. It keeps carpets down and holds up blackout curtains. It holds the clock on the wall. Just understand, it takes about 24 hrs+ to totally cure so it won't come unglued. Know that if it's really hot..100 range...then things might come un cluded....so be careful with using this to hold up anything valuable...but it's also the best thing I've found that really does hold. As long as it's under 85, you should be OK...I've never had any issues with it's holding ability under temps under 85ish....but over 90...it might not hold ...that is especially if you are gluing to a fabric...so my suggestion....if it's valuable...I'd use super glue!

Purchased this velcro product after reading MANY reviews of other similar products being offered. I wanted to use this on the cargo area mat from Weathertec. It has NO way to keep from sliding around in the back of my SUV. So, after reading the reviews on this product I figured for the price I'd give it a try. I only used the "hook" portion as I wanted to see if it would hold on my felt-type carpeted area. After testing a small section for adherence I found it would work REALLY WELL for this application. I only needed 1" wide strips as the mat had a ribbing type design shape. I cut the pieces into 4x1" strips, one in each corner area and placed it down. IT NO LONGER MOVES AT ALL. So, contrary to some reviews, the adhesive sticks REALLY WELL and the hook side holds to the felt type carpeting like it'll never let go (it does if you want to remove it)! Don't hesitate to buy this if you're looking to use it in the interior of your car or SUV. You won't be disappointed.

Had a sectional cushion that just wouldn't start in place. I don't know why it took me so long to find this solution. Very sticky. Easy to apply.

try to use this to keep foam mattress topper in place, but not that effective for this use. good and sticky for other uses with no movement
