Is the padding enough to stop wrist pain when doing planks, yoga, etc? Oh

The wrist padding, is really a wrap that keeps pressure on your wrist. To help support it while lifting. I hoping the pain your talking about is muscle fatigue and not something more serious the only thing that i know of that helps that is streching, ice packs, hot pads, and rest.

How thick is the padding for the palms?

The padding on these gloves is pretty thick. I've been using this brand for a while now and for me (lifting weights), there work tremendously.

is this product vegan?

As far as I know, yes. It has no leather on it anywhere. Mostly neoprene with rubber like grip pad
