Is this made in China?

Thank you for contacting us. The Bright Starts Rattle and Shake Barbell Rattle is manufactured in China. Best Regards.

Is this free of bpa or phalates (pvc)?

I saw an answer written from the company. They said that it was free of all bad stuff including these you listed.

Are the handles skinny? My baby has really small hands

I gave it as a gift. The blue and yellow circles are thicker than the red and orange figure 8. It looked like it would be for any baby.

Is this light enough for a 10 weeks old to hold? My baby doesn't have a very firm grip on rattles yet.

Thank you for contacting us. The Bright Starts Rattle and Shake Barbell Rattle was 1.6oz. Best Regards.
