This arrived quickly and worked well.My blood test showed I was low in B12. After taking this for 2 months, when I retested, my levels had gone up significantly. I think the product has a pleasant taste but it is a bit expensive.

Great purchase , my focus is better as well as energy after 30 days use. The liquid form I feel is the quickest way to absorb supplements and this product fits just that..... I have it on a subscription!!!!

Good product overall
