Value for money as it solves the problem of a run down controller and provides good organization for my game pads. I don’t know how fast it charges as my pads are really never low. Its size is perfect as it fits into a corded of my tv unit. Doesn’t weigh much and the charging can be turned on and off even when plugged in. I hope a wireless version will be made in the future

It does exactly what it says on the tin. The charge is super fast, I had 1 bar on my controller, did a quick swap and topped it up in no time at all! The look is super sleek, and sits perfectly alongside the PS5 with its black centre piece and white outer panels. Plus the light up charge indicators are both useful and look great! The unit is compact, so it won’t take up too much space on your TV stand or desk. It’s easy to have out all the time, and can be plugged in anywhere via a USB. It’s easy to click the controller into, making it a very reliable gaming partner! You’ll never run out of charge again. Like I said, the charge is fast, and in the past I have been weary of non official charging for its safety. A longer test probably needed to fully judge it, but certainly so far it makes me feel safe. The unit feels robust, and of a high quality. And that makes me feel like the product is going to be safe. One slight negative, but my toddler knocked the TV stand and disconnected the controller from the dock slightly breaking the connection to the charge. The indicator light signals this immediately, and it’s easy to click it back into place. So you know... just be careful with toddlers 😂 If you are looking for a charging dock to use with your PS5, I can certainly recommend this PS5 fast charger from Oivo Games.

Pretty good design and it actually looks pretty nice. My only complaints are the button at the back to turn it on and off. I personally feel it it’s too close to the power cord. Also, it can be a bit fidgety putting the controller on the slot correctly! Can easily charge one or two controllers at the same time (Blue Means Not Charging, Red Means Charging)

New addition to my setup 🙌🎮 I’ve been using this for a few days now and I have to say it hasn’t let me down, it can hold 2 controllers which charge within 3 hours as promised on the box, and it looks super sleek. The connection is sturdy and easy to slot the controllers in. The breathing blue light on the front let’s you know if it’s charging, and the colour of the symbols indicates the progress (red/blue = charging/fully charged) This comes with a USB-C cable to power it, but no plug, so make sure you have a USB-C plug socket adapter, or another device with a USB-C port to connect it with. The coloured lights are super helpful in letting you know if your controllers are charged or not, however I’m not a huge fan of the red. I kinda wish it was orange to match the LED on the controllers. Having said that, it’s only red while it’s charging. Once charged, you can turn it off with a small switch on the back, and the lights will turn off. Overall I’m really happy with this. It functions really well, charges the controllers very quickly, and looks nice in my setup. It’s also a very affordable price and is a great alternative to the official Sony dock 👍 thanks OIVO

I was a bit sceptical given the good price but I was wrong, the dock is fantastic quality and looks the part next to the PS5. Top Tip - if you're using the 2x USB A connectors on the rear of the PS5 (as I am) rather than the USB C connector then you'll need to change your power settings in PS5 to keep providing power to USB for 3hrs as the auto USB shut off mode doesn't work and won't charge when the PS5 is off.

I've been using this charger now for a few days and I'm really pleased with the results. Having two controllers the ability to charge two at a time is a must for me, and this dock does it simply, quickly and stylishly as the design fits right in with the PS5. Pros of this charger: The charging is quick, and matches the time stated in the documentation The charger comes with two cables for options of both USB and USB C charging, this is really useful depending what ports you need for other appliances There is a switch on the rear so you can turn the Dock on and off and leave it connected in your setup The lights at the front let you know when each pad is charged No extra attachments are required for charging via the USB C port on the pad etc. The style is very I keeping with the PS5, right down to the led strips The price is very competitive Build quality of the Dock seems to be very strong and well put together. Negatives of the charger: The only one I can find is that for USB charging it takes two ports, but this really didn't affect me as I use the USB C. As you can see I've had no bad experience with this dock and highly recommend.

A controller charging dock is a really handy piece of kit to make sure that your controllers are always ready to go and this is the best one I've used on PS5 so far. It shares the style of the official PS5 charging dock, with a stylish black and white design that resembles the system, whilst retaining the functionality of Oivo's earlier charging dock which could charge via USB rather than needing to use a mains plug. Unlike some third party brands, Oivo's branding on this dock is stylish and subtle and it doesn't look out of place alongside official Sony components. It also charges quickly, with charges fully charged within 2 hours. A few other things that I loved... 1) It comes with two options for USB charging, either a direct USB-C connection to connect to the front of the PS5, or a dual USB plug allowing it to connect the back of the system. Of course, either option can also be connected to a USB plug. I love versatility so this is a big plus for me. 2) The led lights on the front (as in the first picture) can be turned on/off, so you can keep it looking quite minimalistic if you prefer. This is often a bugbear of mine so really pleased with that option. I also like that the picture is clearly the PS5 controller and not a random generic controller as is sometimes the case. 3) It doesn't require any extra dongles to connect to the USB ports and the controllers sit directly on it. One less thing to lose is always a good thing jn my book. Honestly, can't recommend it enough - if you're looking for a PS5 charging dock then you really can't go wrong with this fantastic product from OIVO games!

I picked this charging dock as it's appearance fits quite well with my Ps5 and upon putting them both together I am very happy. Controllers slide in quite easily after you have determined the correct angle for landing. There is an ON/OFF switch at the back if your controllers are fully charged and you wish to switch off. Controller charges fully in 1 hour and the provided cord plugs into the back of the PS5 unit. The blue hue in the evening is pleasant also. I highly recommend this product as the sweet spot for standalone PS5 charging docks.

Update: Die Ladestation wurde von mir im Jahr 2022 gekauft. Sie läuft seitdem regelmäßig und immer voll ausgeschöpft. Bislang sind keiner Ausfälle, Störungen oder Reklamationen gewesen. Hier bekommt Ihr wirklich zuverlässige Ware zum kleinen, fairen Preis. Rezessionsupdate erfolgte im Anfang Juni 2026. Einfach Top - sehr zufrieden! Wer diese Ladestation kauft, bekommt ein Topgerät zum Bruchteile eines Preises. Alle Vor- und Nach-teile, hier in der Auflistung: *Das Laden geht Recht rasch von statten (Ob es aber wirklich nur zwei Stunden dauert, darauf habe ich bislang nicht wirklich geachtet.) *Wer allerdings zwei Controller im Wechsel lädt, der wird diesen Ladevorgang auch so gar nicht groß mitbekommen. Es wird nebenher geladen, und wenn der Controller Mal leer ist, so wechselt man eben derweilen zum Nächsten, so dass man nie ohne aufgeladenen Akku letztlich dasitzt. *Toll ist auch die Anzeige, leer oder voll. Sie ist verlässlich. * Auch den Stromverbrauch, sofern man möchte, kann man durch den Ein- und Aus-Schalter an der Rückseite regulieren. Nachteile: Kein Ladekabel für die Station lag bei. Ich musste mein original Kabel der Konsole für die Controller opfern, damit ich damit dann die Ladestation koppeln und somit überhaupt letztlich dann betreiben kann. (Was hatte es gekostet, hier ein Kabel noch beizufügen!? Oder es zumindest optional direkt mitanzubieten. Ein Hinweis auf das Fehlen des Kabels, wäre durchaus angebracht gewesen!) *Der Controllereingangsstecker, welcher im Gerät sitzt, könnte besser sitzen. So muss man immer ganz genau den Controller auflegen, damit auch wirklich der Controller einrastet und geladen wird. Trotz der Form, rastet er bei mir (gerade wenn es schnell gehen soll) nicht immer direkt ein. Gut das hierfür dann die Anzeige direkt informiert und da ist. Alles im Allem, ist dieses Gerät für den Preis, aber top. Es tut was es soll, und ist zuverlässig. Mit Langzeiterfahrungen, kann ich aber derweilen noch nicht aufwarten. Sollten sich Änderungen ergeben, werde ich meine Rezension anpassen und überarbeiten. *Ich habe nur einen Stern für den Ruhemodus gegeben, weil ich diesen bislang noch nicht genutzt habe und ihn somit auch nicht wirklich bewerten kann. Bei mir ist das Gerät dauerhaft angeschlossen und im Betrieb.
