One of the tins arrived slightly damaged, but honestly, I didn’t mind at all because the moment I took my first sip of this Turkish apple tea, I was instantly transported to the heart of Turkey. When I was little I used to always go to Turkey for family holidays, and this apple tea was my favorite thing in the world. I have not been to Turkey in years now, but whenever my mom goes, I always ask her to bring me some of this tea, the problem is though, my mom lives in a different country, so i have not been able to get my hands on this for almost 10 years. Thats until i decided to look for it myself on Amazon, and found this product. It tastes EXACTLY how i remember it. Such a huge throwback, but I was so happy when i received this and got my first sip. Would definitely recommend and will be ordering more:)

Tastes good, but it was not what I expected. I thought it would be a bit more healthy, and less like Kool-Aid. Lots of sugar.

I have recently visited the Holy Land and Turkey, and gave a presentation last Sunday on all the sites I had visited. While showing my photos on the big screen, I provided people with baklava, Turkish delights, and this Turkish apple drink. While there was leftover baklava, the pots of "chai" were all drained dry. Everyone loved the fruity flavor. Others stated it was too sweet. I can only assume that they used the wrong concentration, because our mix was hardly sweet at all. I actually put sugar out on the tables in case anyone wished to sweeten their drinks. The drink added a flare of exotic to the presentation and was a great hit. I recommend it and will purchase it again.

After a recent trip to Turkey, I appreciated the different flavored teas that country offered. I should have bought a case when I was there but thought that they would be available in North American Turkish grocery stores. In Canada, they are few and far between and mostly in bags, not powdered form. I ordered through Amazon but the price was an eye opener. I still purchased it because it is that good!! Although I will be judicious about having it once in a while instead of every day.

Great tea like when I visited Turkey but very expensive for the small amount you get.
