It's definitely worth the money. I came from a 970 evo plus. Should have gotten this in the first place. If you game, this is definitely something you want to get if you want the best performance. The price is decent, it's better priced here than anywhere else I could find. Been using it for 3 months. Very happy with my purchase. Transfer of data was easy. Bought a $11 USB plugin adapter so I could clone my old SSD onto this. 5/5 stars.

Been using Samsung drives for more than a decade. I don't like Samsung on other products since I got some history with them but when it comes to computer drives I have never had an issue with them.

If you want to build your own gaming computer this one is a great buy. No brainer. We have purchased this and several other items they work great now we have a great computer for 1/3 of the price

I had issues with my Alienware 17 R5 crashing multiple times a day for over a year. AW support was never any help and I spent probably 100+ hours trying to fix the overheating/crashes any way I could without any luck. Once I installed this SSD and corsairs 32gb laptop memory (compatible with my laptop), I haven't had a single issue.Can't believe the amount of time I wasted when the solution was simply changing the factory ssd/memory (honestly not 100% sure which fixed it) but I believe the factory ssd was just bad. The 32gb memory isn't that expensive anyways, so if you're going to upgrade the ssd, I'd recommend doing the memory at the same time. Highly recommend samsungs ssd!

Took me a while to get this setup since it wouldn't be recognized by windows boot manager. I found a long workaround and hope that anyone that installs windows 11 on a i7 7 gen series processor have better luck than me. Overall, this is a great option for much needed space and speedy boot times. I couldn't have asked for a better SSD to use.
