Lovely pens and a secure case . I woukd recommend

Received item love the pens unfortunately I have two pens that I have issues with… one pen doesn’t even work both ends, and another pen it’s very difficult to open that when you do manage to open it the ink cartridge comes out with it, wasn’t able to contact seller direct as Amazon kept putting through to send back. Don’t want to send back as I like the item but just want it noted there was slight issue
