Seems ok I guess, but it is missing pieces.
Instructions has a spacer plate and washers that aren't included.

Horrible hardware.
Didn’t even get a chance to put them on because some of the hardware is defective. The piece is completely smooth and has no possible way to put the nuts on and it actually looks like it’s broke as well.
