How do you use this product to clean stove top?

I do commercial hood cleaning and use caustic soda in a one gallon chemical spray with a plastic wand cause a metal one will melt yes melt it...it's should be mixed with 1 gallon HOT water to one cup caustic soda..shake real good let sit for 10 min and reshake and spray and let sit for 15 min do not alowe to dry..works awesome for baked on grease

Do the bottles have a foil seal under the cap?

My bottle did not have a foil seal, I have purchased this product from different brands and have never had a foil seal on the bottles. The only other thing that I will mention is to follow the instructions or the fumes can be substantial.
