Q: Hello, does anyone know if you could divide the packet and freeze them in smaller packets? Thank you in advance. I'd think like butter would be ok?

Yes. You can simply pop the buttons into a ziplock bag and store in a cupboard for a year, in the fridge a while longer and in the freezer even longer, but I use mine quite quickly so cannot confirm how long exactly. I initially froze mine before I realized it has such a long room temperature storage time, and found them easy to melt straight from the freezer. One thing to note, I found that for me, I think my kitchen must be humid, there were some ice crystals in the bag from frozen condensation, which you can easily wipe off with a kitchen towel if you need these for moisturiser where water content is important, for cooking the tiny amount of frozen condensation makes no difference. Hi, this is cacao butter which doesn't contain caffeine ( well scientifically there are barely measurable trace amounts, but on a food chart the result is always zero) Is does contain trace elements, that is elements you only need trace amounts of to benefit from them, such as selenium, molybdenum etc and there is some debate as to the benefits of natural enzymes preserved during cold pressed (raw) extraction but the upside is they won't harm you and could possibly benefit digestion. I use it for food and for home made cosmetic items such as lip balm and body butter moisturiser. I hope this helps. It is a good fat for vegans, and makes the most delicious vegan chocolate fudge brownies if you are or are entertaining vegans.
