NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE -Ayumi Neem & Tea Tree Face Mask |Green Clay Face Mask
DO NOT BUY: The claim that this is a clay 'Face Mask' is false. The mixture is thin and runny, more like cooking oil, with no sign of the 'Kaolin clay' that usually forms the mask on the face. It's more like a cheap moisturising cream. There are strict regulations regarding the sale of such products. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods should be of a satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. That means they must match the descriptions of the intended purpose on websites and in advertisements. Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 goods sold in the course of a business must be of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for their intended purpose. So my consumer rights have been breached as the item sold to me doesn't match Ayumi's description on Amazon's website, is of poor quality and not fit for purpose. I shall contact Ayumi directly about this.
