A great set of knives, well balanced and light easy to use and clean. I order the green handles to make them easy to pick out from the other knives in the drawer. Very sharp, need to be careful in using them and storing them.

I had never used a ceramic knife and so thought I give them a try. They were kind of flimsy and not sharp enough for me. Maybe all ceramic knives are that way???

I received this set as a housewarming gift Fall 2016. They had been my favorite knives! I had recently even thought of ordering another set. However, this happened when making dinner this evening (cutting vegetables). I'm very disappointed that the knives didn't last longer because they were lightweight and stayed sharp.
