This is the best hand sanitizer. I can’t stand when sanitizers leave my hands feeling sticky, so the fact that this one dries quickly and leaves my hands feeling clean and soft, makes it my go to for keeping in all our cars and in my purse. Heads up, it’s very liquidy, so apply it to a flat palm and be careful not to drip as you start rubbing your hands together. That makes it less user friendly, but if my 4 year old can figure out how to use it, I don’t think it’s really a problem.

As a dental hygienist I have to use hand sanitizer every time I remove and replace my gloves. Sterilium was my go to product but I can’t easily get that any more. Other hand sanitizers are too thick, too sticky. Purell’s Prime Defense is a game changer. Not too thick, not sticky, no overpowering scent - perfect!

Had a really nasty auto accident in 2020 & ended up having my spleen removed. So, now I have a compromised immune system. Sanitizer is daily & super important both around the house and when I go places. Prime Defense Advanced Hand Sanitizer, Essential Protection, is some of the best stuff out there for someone like me. It's not greasy (dries very quickly, but not TOO fast so you're able to actually get it over your hands like you need to). While this is technically a "gel" product, it is NOT a gel nor is it supposed to be. It's more "watery" because the the alcohol content is higher than most others. It also makes it spread & dry nicely/quickly, in my opinion. I like that it doesn't feel like a glob of hair gel in my hands, and it's also not greasy or sticky or even a long lasting sensation. I can get right back to whatever I was doing or wanting to do, almost immediately. It's not drying my hands out (I use this stuff every day throughout my day, just FYI). It doesn't stink or smell "pretty" or any of that. And it does what it says it's going to do. Came well packaged, every pump & every bottle has worked perfectly. Excellent product.

Excellent hand sanitizer at a fair price. I like purell because it is not highly scented and does not feel slimy like some hand sanitizers do. The price was quite fair for a four pack. I bought a big pack for a gathering and it was perfect. Everyone had plenty. Well packaged.

Purell seems to be the gold standard, however I rated these a 4 because the top of some of them did not seat securely. I much prefer the Purell Spray bottles.

I cannot speak highly enough of this hand sanitizer. I have bottles in my house, bathrooms, car, and even at work. I work in a pediatric clinic, so I use this ALL DAY every day and it is the only sanitizer that doesn't build up on your hands after multiple uses. The other reason that I love this sanitizer is because it is 85% alcohol - and is one of the only sanitizers on the market that actually kills norovirus (the dreaded stomch flu bug). It doesn't have a strong scent (smells like alcohol, of course, but the smell goes away quickly). It is the ONLY sanitizer that I will use at work, at home, and with my children. 100% would recommend!
