Simplicity 1446 Easy to Sew Women's Shirt, Pants, and Shorts Sewing Patterns, Sizes 26W-32W

I have used this pattern so many times I have worn it out, so I bought 2 extra patterns

The fit is perfect. They are the best product that I have ever used ! You must try them. They are a little pricy, but worth it for both performance, quality and fit.

The sewing instructions are clear and easy. I like that you can adjust the patterns for the perfect fit, and there are 5 different patterns. This is the kind of basic pattern that you can add flourishes, change the sleeves, etc...

I've made 4 pairs of shorts from this pattern now and they are so comfortable! I made a sample pair first, then adjusted my pattern, and now I have a perfectly tailored pattern for me.

The pattern smells of rusty old machine parts. Just opening the package stinks up the whole room. I haven't been able to use the pattern. :(

Pattern was just what I needed. In very good condition.

I made the shorts for a 43" waist. The waist is elasticated so I expected it be larger, but it measures 56". The legs were huge, nearly twice the expected size at the hem - I looked like a clown! I emailed Simplicity, who to be fair, responded within an hour. They said the design was meant to be 'very full'. The photo on the front certainly does not give that impression. Very disappointing pattern.
