I’ve been buying this shampoo consistently since about 2021. Works great but when it came time to reorder a week ago I realized the new bottle that came in looked significantly smaller and lighter than what I’m used to. The product to the right hand side is my previous conditioner bottle, the one to the left is the one that just came in. I also weighed the new bottle (came to 12.33 ounces) and although I know there is sometimes a discrepancy between net weight in ounces and fluid ounces I don’t think it should be this much of a difference. Unsure if I will keep reordering now.
