I've suffered months. I have the perfect trifecta: super wide toe base, extra high arch and a love of speed-skating and downhill mogals since I was 12. I squeezed my fat feet in so many boots and the adrenaline let me endure the pain until my feet froze. XX off the Matterhorn in my 50s. I was surprised it didn't show up sooner (72).I was amazed at the Morton solutions that don't accommodate an extra wide toe base. There are no commercial metatarsal pads, even the ones I initially bought on line were for heal support. I finally ran across these and thank the Lord I did. I will not get surgery, I will get shots when I need to use the foot, but otherwise these gel pads, a good sock, and the widest toe box (XXW) I could find in a sneaker should have me walking pain free for a while.The pads are thin and flimsy, and rollup in your sock putting it in a shoe and taking off, but you learn a knack. Come two pair to a box. They feel flimsy in our hands, my my feet thought they were floating atop bowls of jelly, and it's their opinion I care about. Every podiatrist should have these pads available to Morton's Neuroma sufferers.

The pads don't last very long. They felt heavenly when I first put them on. After three to four days, they started curling and getting disfigured. One of the straps tore on one of the pads.

very comfy and did the trick for making my pain less. Broke after a couple of wears with moderate activity. Not sure you can expect much for the price. If you are just using it for walking around it will hold up well, I think

The straps that go between the toes broke within a day. They are extremely flimsy. There is some relief for my feet but since the strap broke the pad won't stay in place so it is essential unusable.

Really helped reduce foot pain when walking. Fine for use with sandals (in this case, Birkenstocks) with or without stockings. I have women's size 9 narrow feet. The pads were easy to put on & take off, & comfortable to wear. Only complaint is that the material of which they are made seems fragile - the section that sits on top of the foot, just below the area where the toes join the foot, began to tear. This was after I'd worn the pads for 4 days in a row. If I'm going to have to replace them with new pads every 4-5 days, it will get rather expensive. One can rinse them off after use, & they dry fairly quickly. I do like them, just wish they were more durable.

They are sooo comfortable the functionality I can't tell you enough about my feet feeling comfortable. I'm pain free. The are washable stay in place fit very well. A must buy!

Wow Wasn’t sure if these would help but anything was worth a try . I have no Fat left on the ball of my foot ‘ which is called the fat pad . The podiatrist misdiagnosed me but the orthotics Dr told me exactly what I had . I ordered these to wear while waiting on my orthotics and I’ve had no pain! I stretch mine to be between my third and fourth toe .

Supposedly this is 'cushioning' but the silicone is much too thin to provide any such cushioning and therefore no pain relief.
