For anyone who likes diy this is quite fun to put together and the result is very satisfying because after a bit of hard work putting this giant puzzle together you can stand back and admire your work, or relax underneath it with a drink.Well made and easy to follow instructions and good and sturdy once complete, i did most of it on my own but got an extra pair of hands once actually putting it up in place.Has completely transformed the patio area and im really pleased with it!

Good and bad points:...Good1. Arrived quickly and well boxed.2. Looks fantastic once all complete.3. Good size, as we needed a bigger size gazebo than standard to allow our bifolding doors to open unimpeded, all other gazebos seemed to be 3m by 3m which wasn't big enough.4. Curtains keep out the rain so we don't have to pack away the garden furniture.Bad1. Was a pain to assemble, instructions okay but not fantastic, had to disassemble part way through as some parts were back to front. Also needed 2/3 people to hold in place at times while we secured bolts.2. Some metal parts were bent and needed banging back straight. Some pre drilled holes were not clean and needed re drilling.3. The plastic roofing on the sides and top were not a good fit and was a massive pain to get into place, also very noisy when it rains.4. The floor mounts are not heavy duty as its only plastic. Also didn't come with wall mounts. As we have High winds the gazebo rocket back and forth which was worrying. We had to buy separate wall mounts to stop it rocking in the wind. We got standard "100mm by 100mm fencing post U brackets".5. The curtains are not weighted and blows all over in the wind. Also the clips the curtain hangs from are cheap and the curtain kept falling off them.6. No guttering, in heavy rain the water poured off the end and splashed back underneath. If you want guttering we found a perfect one called "halls clip on shed gutting kit, 14ft with flexible downpipe", connected to a water butt.Overall decent you get what you pay for...not a super strong quality build of this size and your paying £3000+. Not too bad once we got some additional securing brackets.

Looks nice but not had it 12 mths , not very good on high winds . I put my own bolts on if I hadn’t I would have lost more than just a panel . It best to pay a little extra for a stronger one . It’s a shame but it just not strong enough , for the money it’s not good enough . You only get 6 month warranty on it so after that you won’t receive any help from the sellers .

Purchased and had a problem with the item .Contacted customer services whom corrected my issue within a timely manner .Further items sent within days . Did not take long to put up with instructions provided. Lovely addition to my outdoor space and waterproof.

The item was delivered in good time, however it was by a solo delivery man, the package clearly states team lift.I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the item. All the parts were correct and the fittings were packaged well.There was a couple of dents, I assume come from the transport. However they were easily knocked into shape.You will need a battery screwdriver to assemble it, otherwise it would be laborious.TIP. 1, Go slow and steady2, Fit the edges to the upper part of the roof before the carbon sheets, otherwise you risk pushing the sealing strips out as you slide the roofing in.I completed 90% on my own, but you need extra hands when putting the frame together into a standing structure.Overall I am very please, and have received comments from neighbours about how impressed they are.I would recommend this item
