We had a bit of a problem with the locking mechanism on the top pole, but once that worked, the rest of the installation was a breeze. I like that you can move the baskets up and down on the pole just by reducing/tightening the tension on the inset screws. We did this several times until the right height on each basket was achieved. I like the extra hooks and separate bathcloth rod, and the space in each basket is optimal. Overall, this was worth the price for a nice, sturdy shower accessory.

I absolutely love this product because it has deep baskets, the color options, a place to hang wash cloths, a place to hang razors and it was easy to put together. The rod itself does not have a springer in it, so you have to line it up on the ceiling where you want it and then slide the floor's/tub's pole into place. Easy enough! They also give you two extra screws and the instrument to tighten the screws. Highly recommend!

Pleased so far with this purchase. Product seems a little flimsy so I'm not sure how well it will hold up over time but it went together easily (despite the instructions not being that good) and looks great! Serves its purpose so far.

We've bought several shower caddies over the years and this particular one has very large baskets compared to most. It easily holds several large Costco size shampoo and body wash bottles with lots of room to spare. If your shower is small, it will take up a good portion of one corner with the large baskets as it does in my small shower, but I'm fine with that since it provides ample space for many bottles. It was fairly easy to put together - BF initially had a little bit of a hard time pulling out the spring loaded top, he had to keep twisting and pulling at it before it finally popped out.For those concerned about premature rusting, the secret is to spray the entire exterior as well as inside the poles with a rust protection clear enamel. We did this with the previous shower caddy and it lasted probably a couple of years before rusting out and falling apart. Before I learned this secret, although product data stated that they were rust resistant, previous shower caddies lasted 6 months to 1 year before rusting out and needed to be replaced. For the previous as well as this new shower caddy I used Rust-Oleum Crystal Clear Enamel - I gave the exterior of all the baskets and poles a couple of coats. Then I also sprayed as far down into the interior of the poles as possible. I'm hoping that this new caddy will last us at least a couple of years before needing to be replaced.

I went through 3 other shower shelving units before finding this one. The baskets are huge and hold big bottles with the pumps on top. It fits perfectly into any size shower as you can adjust to the perfect size you need. You have to screw the baskets in to secure them and they seem to be on there very tight. You can place the basket anywhere you like. It looks nice and holds everything we need it to. It's secure and tight in place. We have been using it for weeks without any issues. I hope it lasts a long time! Highly recommend.

It's not an actual tension rod. The top rod, the piece that is supposed to create tension, does not include an actual spring, nor does it latch in place like the manual says it should. Because of the lack of tension, the whole thing is flimsy and it takes very little pressure to send it crashing down. Even though the baskets are large enough to hold a lot of stuff, the pole itself is so weak that it can't support the weight of the baskets if they aren't mostly empty. I would never recommend this product to anyone, especially for such a high price. It was a waste of money.I wish I'd read more reviews before purchasing, because it looks like many other people have had the same problem.To top it all off, the instruction manual is vague and incomplete. I had to reference the Q&A section on Amazon's product description to assemble it properly, since the extension piece in the top rod could not be extended. I had to stick a cooking spoon up the open end of the rod and push it out.

When shopping for this I was looking for one word in the reviews: sturdy. In this case, the reviews didn’t lie. I’m using this for houseplants in my bathroom and it hasn’t budged. And it makes my shower feel like a spa. I absolutely love it. Now I will say, it was a comedy of errors putting it together - definitely read the reviews for help. For me, the key was placing the ceiling end first, THEN scootching the bottom end where it needed to be. Once you get it in place, it’s good to go. Highly recommend.

This shower tower is exactly what we needed. It was easy to assemble and the square baskets hold more than the usual oval or triangular ones. Purchased as additional storage in a camper bathroom that had nowhere to keep towels, wash cloths, etc handy. It fits perfectly where we needed it and we have received many comments on how practical it is, and that it looks like it was made for the camper. The rubbed bronze colour goes perfectly with the darker woods being used in newer models. We can store the usual towels and wash cloths, as well smaller bath towels right in the bathroom now! Glad we purchased it!

Very beautiful and lots of space. Real happy with this purchase. Assembly a little trickery. You need to keep turning poor till it won’t go anymore but otherwise set up was 10 mins.
