I've been ordering this for about a year now and I love it! I always take at least one tablet each night before bed. I like them so much because they help me to fall asleep and stay asleep, and they also keep me regular ;-) I will continue to order these for years to come!

Seems to be a solid supplement. Helped up escape the horrid crud at school group and church with minimal sickness! I had a manageable cold for about 3 days that usually would knock me out and last 2 weeks but I loaded up on this taking 3 3 times a day (9 total). I breastfeed my older baby and it didn’t negatively effect my supply or my baby. It may have even helped my supply some but not positive. I will be keeping this around and in stock at home!

I had the flu and this is the only thing that helped me. I took them religiously. They are awesome. Helped me to recover quickly.

This product works very well to take when I'm starting to come down with something like a cold or possibly virus. What I do not like about it is these tablets or caplets are very large and therefore difficult to swallow if they could be made smaller or be put into capsule form this would be much better.
