Its difficult to say that it works on everyone, it worked on my partner but not on me. Could be that I am going deaf.

Much better than I thought it would be. In the past, I've found the spiral tool to be a complete waste of time. Most of them are very low quality, and you can tell that no effort has been put in because the packaging and instruction are always full of spelling mistakes and often doesn’t even make sense. This one looked pretty promising just from the packaging! I haven't seen a spiral and syringe sold together as one "kit" before. The spiral was much better quality than the one I used in the past, and it was my first time using the syringe and it ended up working great!

I don’t normally write product reviews, however after months of struggling with a blocked ear and my GP not offering any solution apart from paying to have them syringed I thought I would give this a try. I have syringed the ear about 3 times with warm water, then used the tool to scrape anything left behind. I couldn’t believe the amount of wax that came out of my ear and I can finally hear in stereo again. Fab product. Please note I did use sodium bicarbonate drops prescribed by my doctor for 3 days before, so you may get different results if you don’t soften the wax first.

I don't usually leave bad reviews but felt I had too. This kit is useless, the syringe did nothing but cause discomfort and the ear bud thing is too soft, I think it just pushed the wax in further. Don't know where all the good reviews have come from but this did nothing for me. If I could leave zero stars I would, Don't waste your money

the package arrived as stated, the quality and contents were all good. It looked like a good product but was actually useless. would not recommend this item unles earwas was at the entrance of the ear.

Brilliant So my right ear has been blocked for a week or so due to ear wax build up so I went a lil deaf in that ear. Tried 2 different ear wax solutions (which did nothing), saw this but I was sceptical about it. Used the syringe with warm water and omg my hearing is back and the amount of ear wax that came out was amazing. The nozzle at the end is soft and flexible in the ear. Great value for money. I highly recommend this product
