Does the Job...No Complaints
I own a 2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport with 155K+ miles and plan on driving it till the engine falls out. Have known for some time that the air filter is a fairly important yet much overlooked part of engine performance and reliability. When tune-up time comes around, I usually cringe at the thought of spending another $15 for a new filter and simply disregarding the old one. The advantage of the K&N is two-fold. Not only is it reusable--just clean it every so often--but it claims to provide better air flow to the engine. The next best thing would be to spend $300 and replace the entire air intake system with a cone-style setup. I just don't think a 10-year-old Jeep with this kind of mileage needs that kind of setup, although it probably deserves one. I'm very happy with the product quality and performance and recommend it to people on both sides of the spectrum: those who never replace their air filters and those who do religiously but tire of bad quality and waste.

Never disappoints!
I own several Jeeps, all with the 4.0L inline straight six motor, which isn't the greatest on gas mileage. That's where this filter comes in, giving you extra mileage when you least expect it. Depending on your driving habits, this filter can give you 30 - 50 more miles per fill up on a tank of gas. Get their "Filtercharger Kit" and you'll prolong the life of your filter, keep the savings in fuel comsumption, an extra kick in horsepower, and it'll keep your filter clean. I have 4 Jeeps, 1 truck, and 1 sedan - all of them are running K&N air filters. My wife's Liberty gets up to 60 more miles per tank fill up thanks to the K&N air filter! I wouldn't trust anything else in my vehicles!
