Julbo Kid's Booba Sunglasses, Spectron 4 Baby Lens

Eye protection for kids is one thing that my wife and I take very seriously since we are both nearsighted. I have been wearing extremely good sunglasses for years now and have insisted that my wife do the same to protect her vision. When we started our family we searched for the best kids sunglasses around and settled on Julbo (who also makes mountaineering sunglasses). The Booba is the third pair of Julbo's we have purchases and we have been very happy with the protection the provide. Both the Booba and Looping sunglasses that our two girls are currently wearing are of exceptionally high quality and very durable. We have a pair of Julbo Bubble sunglasses that have a poorly designed hinge and therefore only lasted about 18 months once our 3 year old got them. However the other two pairs have been extremely durable and I cannot recommend them strongly enough if you want to protect your kids eyes.

They look and feel good. The little one really likes them and they protect his eyes from the harmful rays. I wish we could see more kids using them. They fit way better than the cheap ones at local stores. They should advertise more. Good job amazon.

Nice pair of kids sunglasses. Got the thumbs up from the munchkins. I bought them for my 5 and 2 year olds. They're not polarized and I'm not really sure if they're all that better than kids glasses with UVA UVB that you'd get off the rack for 10 bucks at the big box stores. They do come with some nice plastic cases though and it fit my kids well. The hinge screws did back out about 2/3 of the screw length, but I was able to a screw them back down with a small Phillips screwdriver.

We so loved the "looping" sunglasses that are for kids younger than 4. These ones have those little screws on the hinges and it's not difficult to get these wiggled out. SO, it's a nuisance to have to keep after these so that they are lost and the glasses ruined. I would love to see Julbo redesign these.

I bought these for my 2 years old son. These sunglasses are durable and fit properly and comfortably. The plastic case is good enough to keep them safe from scratch and damage. I like that these are UV protection. The price is a little bit expensive.

Would not stay on 6 year old’s head for even a few seconds no matter what we tried. Slid right off. And his head is large for his age, so that isn’t the issue. We’ve never had this problem with any other sunglasses. Bought a different pair that is much cheaper and they are working 10 times better. Sending them back.

Clearly these are more expensive than some other children's sunglasses, but their durability so far seems worth the price. We had gone through several pairs of sunglasses made of rigid (and hence breakable) plastic. These have held up well to my son's rough play. The material is rubberized, and so bends when pulled and twisted. I will update after more months of use to see if the durability is really there.

These are the only glasses that my 2 yr old daughter keeps on her face. They fit really nicely and look great. Will definitely buy more of these in the future.

Die Kleine ist begeistert, dass sie eine Sonnenbrille wie die Großen hat und wir freuen uns über die großzügige Abdeckung des Augenbereichs. Durch die breiten Bügel wird das Auge vor dem seitlich einfallenden Sonnenlicht geschützt.

Lunettes parfaites pour ma fille de 3 ans. Elle posent tres bien sur son nez. Bon compromis quand on a encore un petit visage.

Llegaron muy rápido. Excelente servicio de Amazon. Las gafas quedan muy bien; línea moderna y desenfadada para los peques, los materiales suaves y flexibles y la pantalla es muy polivalente. Son suficientemente oscuras para un día de sol fuerte en montaña pero pueden seguir utilizándose si se nubla un poco. Según el fabricante, la protección UVA es total, lo que es una garantía, ya que Julbo tiene detras muchos años de experiencia. Muy satisfecho.

Gafas calidad Julbo, cumplen su cometido. Le quedan perfectas a mi hija de 5 años, y todavía le valdrán una buena temporada, a pesar de que mi hija está grande para su edad.Satisfecho con la compra.
