The wood is easy on the skin.
It's a good warm-up hangboard. The small edges can be used in conjunction with the large holds to work your weak side. The wood that they use is really easy on the hands.

The board is very good but the screws they give you are very bad. They are not good quality screws

It’s perfect!
We needed a pull up bar but didn’t have space for it and really didn’t what to get the door one… so we got this and love it!We attended it to the wall above our door and it’s out of the way and also fun to try the different levels of finger holes
