I looked it over carefully for flaws and am impressed with the quality of sewing and material.

I've used these straps only for light loads, nowhere near their rated capacity. But they were subjected to a bit of "abuse" due to a mishap (not their fault) and survived well with virtually no fraying, etc. They also were used in a situation where they (unintentionally) rubbed against the edge of an aluminum platform. There was no evidence of damage to the straps in this case, either. While I can't attest to their behavior near their rated loading, I can say that they held up well against incidental damage while used for light loads.

I was looking for a strap that I could wrap around a tree and use a come-along to pull up roots. This was not it. This is a solid circle with no way to get it over a tall tree unless you cut it. and then the ends would not have loops. It might work to move smaller heavy objects, but was not what I needed. Unfortunately, I threw away the packaging before I looked at it closely. My bad.

Product matches the description.

works great for medium lifting 5 to 7 hundred lbs. Sling is rated for up to 3000 lbs. I don't need to lift that much weight for what I do.
