These candle wick scissors work fine. They are okay-quality. The sharp edges are not that sharp. Works with bigger candles but definitely not for tealight candles due to how thick they are.

This kit of 2 is great. My son has one in his bedroom, and we have one in the living room/ downstairs. If we had 3 instead of 2, I could keep one in my room instead of having to take the downstairs one up to my room. They work great. That ball of spent wick that causes large flames and smoke and soot comes off easily, and the blades form a tray that holds it to dispose of. The long handles make it easy to trim your wick in large (deep) candles (like the mason jar size or Tuscany, which is about 7" deep). I am glad I chose them.

The scissor is sharp and cuts well. The angle at which it cuts is pretty steep, but it should still be fine. In the pic provided, you can see the difference between an older one I have (silver-ish) and the new one (black).

Good product overall, though it doesn’t work great in the smaller candle jars (because of the angle of the scissors…it should be more of a 90 degree angle from the handle to the blade…as is, it needs to be held at an angle so it doesn’t cut it low enough on all sides). I think the blade could also be a little sharper - it gets dirty with each snip, so helps to have a tissue on hand to wipe it down between snips.

I love candles and i make sure to trim the wicks after each burn. These trimmers make it easy to safety burn my candles. The trimmers are solid and easy to use. The price for two is great so I keep one downstairs and one upstairs in my house

Works as expected. Could be a little sharper.

These are very clumsy scissors to use. I had to clean up the leading edges with a diamond hone for them to cut the wick. Metal is very soft and I have doubts they will hold up. Time will tell.

I like the color, candle wicks usually burn black so I don’t have to clean it every time I use it, I didn’t need 2 but I plan on giving one to my sister, she’s going to love it
