I like these a lot bc we had been using Mio for so long which not only contains food coloring which I HATE, but they say one squirt is one serving, but what is the definition of how long a squirt is? I was fed up with the product and was searching for something better and found Nuun. It has more B vitamins than Mio and no added food coloring that is unnatural. Also, each tablet is one serving which is easy. The taste is not as strong but i actually like that compared to the super strong taste of Mio. It takes a few minutes to dissolve but I don't mind bc it's a better product. Overall I really like these!

Wow! I don't even know where to begin. Summary - please try / buy!I was introduced to the Nuun brand in December, when after I tried the immunity product regularly - I just became addicted. I then moved on to two Nuun's a day, one immunity one sport + caf. And from there, I added Rest to my daily routine.I feel an actual difference in my body from having this product and it's so easy to use!! I don't have to go out of my daily routine to use it - it tastes SO much better than any alternative out there (I promise you!) and it's not packed with unnecessary sugars + salt (seriously - just look at the salt / sugar content of its competitors). I also can never go back to stirring my drinks after using this product!And now the Energy product. I haven't had my daily coffee since I started taking the Sport + Caf, and now after having the Energy product - I'm never going back. All four flavors taste incredible. So delicious; it tastes like it's one with the water - and gives you the perfect boost of energy with mental clarity and NO CRASH. Ugh. Where has this product been my whole life?? I can't believe how much money I've wasted on coffee - especially when this is just a better product all around!P.S. If you like warm beverages, the lime ginger is fantastic with hot water!

I've been looking for a less expensive alternative to another rehydration product. Nuun Energy came in at half the price so I thought I'd give it a try. The packaging is very functional tubes which are easy to transport.THE PRODUCT: These are rather large tablets that are meant to dissolve in a bottle of water. HOWEVER the tablets should be redesigned to actually fit through the neck of the bottle. As they stand, you must break the tablet in half to fit in the bottle.Once in the bottle, do not expect the product to dissolve immediately. After vigorous shaking, the pieces of the tablet remained intact. After 5-10 minutes they dissolved.THE TASTE: I dissolved the tablet in standard water bottle (500mL). The taste was tart, not sweet, with a slight effervescence. Not that much flavor, but palatable.PERFORMANCE: I took the product at 7pm, which is kind of late for a caffeinated product. My bad. Overall the caffeine "lift" was effective for a few hours with little jitters. I did have issues sleeping that night, so I could tell that it was working. Again, taking it late in the day was my mistake, so I can attest that it was "stimulating" and effective in that regards. From an electrolyte standpoint, I experienced none of the leg cramps that I normally get in the overnights so, while not a scientific study, the product seemed effective there too.FINAL THOUGHTS: While the taste left something to be desired, and the tablets didn't fit into the neck of the water bottle, I found that the Naan energy product delivered, as promised, and would recommend as a coffee or "energy drink" alternative.

I like these a lot. Not sweet at all but the flavor is good and I think it has the perfect amount of caffeine that seems like a consistent amount in each tablet (have had others in the past that were not). Overall would buy again!

This stuff works very well on HOT days

If all you are looking for is electrolytes and caffeine, this might be right for you. It wasn't right for me.FLAVOR:When mixed according to directions, the flavor us barely discernable (in fact, it would be better if there were no flavor. The caffeine shines through with a distinct bitter taste overshadowing the faint vaguely fruity taste advertised on the package.CONVENIENCE:Don't add the tablets to cold water unless you are prepared to spend 4 or 5 minutes waiting for them to dissolve. I suggest you use a few ounces of hot water, then pour it over ice after the tablet dissolves. That seems to work better.OVERALLIn my own opinion, these are pretty average. there are a lot of very similar products in the market and there is nothing that stands out about these. On the other hand, I'm pretty sure many will find that these are perfect for their needs. They just weren't all that interesting or impressive to me.

Bought for my husband as a sub for energy drinks and it was a hit! He is a person who likes lots flavor and I was surprised he like them as much as he did! NUUN uses naturally sourced ingredients and therefore doesn’t have as strong of flavoring as most drinks, but gives you what you need without all of the junk and sugars. Great for workouts, long days, and early mornings! A better value than any other sugary filled drink and all you need is water to drop the tablet in!
