This is by far the best olive oil, taste is good and after taste has an edge to it. I take this first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, it helps me maintain my insulin levels, making me less hungry.

In most supermarkets and countries, this oil comes in a thick, sturdy glass bottle, which is how all olive oil should be packaged. This arrived in a cheap plastic bottle that replicates the look of the glass one and was not what I was expecting. I purchased it specifically on the assumption it would be glass. Will not buy again.
