They came inserted in a foamed box preventing them from any scratches during transit. The size and colors are accurate as advertised. The glass pieces are clear and reflect light perfectly and can be used in a variety of functions. I bought this set to accentuate a corner of our living room for feng shui purposes.

Not very heavy
They are pretty but are painted glass. Since they are paper weights I was hoping to use as pattern weights. They are really not heavy enough for this. I let my kids play with them. Great for buried treasure when playing pirates. My son is 8 so definitely not for smaller kids but bigger kids sure.

My granddaughter loved her treasure, however we had to take them from her within days as we found they chipped. Colour also comes off . Cant recommended for childs play .
